I have worked at Frenkel Topping since April 2018, where I started my career as a Marketing Assistant progressing to Marketing Executive.
My degree qualification is BA Hons Marketing. I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, where I have since completed my Level 6 (Degree level) in Professional Marketing, which includes: managing brands, digital strategy and digital innovation.
I find Frenkel Topping extremely supportive in everything I do and want to achieve; no opinion goes unheard, and people genuinely want you to do well.

I joined Frenkel Topping in July 2001 and have worked in a variety of positions during my time with the company. In early 2018 I was asked to be part of the new client relationship team. This was a unique service provided by Frenkel Topping, enabling us to work much more closely with clients, on a more personal level, to provide them with the best possible experience on our journey together.
Having worked at Frenkel Topping for almost 20 years, I have developed close relationships with many of our clients in my various roles. Some of them have now become good friends, with whom I speak on a regular basis outside of work. I genuinely believe that treating customers fairly is a big part of the Frenkel Topping philosophy, and that the company always has the customers’ best interests at heart.
FT is always prepared to go the extra mile for a more personal approach and to ensure a smooth journey from start to finish, and hopefully for many years in between. This is especially true within the client relationship team.
I very much enjoy my role, which involves me speaking to clients on a regular basis and allows me to draw upon my years of experience to provide a personal service and ensure clients’ expectations are not only met, but exceeded. I also have the opportunity to meet some of our clients in person, and enjoy getting to know them, sometimes over the course of many years.
Frenkel Topping is a great place to work. There’s a great culture and a good atmosphere, the people here are nice to work with, and I find my job very rewarding. I feel privileged to be able to assist our clients and be a point of contact to them on a day-to-day basis.
I joined Frenkel Topping in March 2022 as a Client Support Executive.
At Frenkel Topping, I collaborate closely with Consultants to write comprehensive suitability reports for clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
With almost a decade of experience in the financial services industry, both in the UK and abroad, I have functioned successfully in various capacities. I possess strong problem-solving skills, project management experience, and analytical skills that I take pride in. Additionally, I am adaptable to ever-changing work environments.
Since joining Frenkel Topping, I have found a supportive and collaborative work environment with room for personal and professional growth. I am excited to continue my journey with Frenkel Topping and to help make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
I joined Frenkel Topping in August 2017, after completing a placement year in 2015 whilst studying at University for my BA (Hons) in Business and Financial Management.
I started on the graduate scheme in September 2017, rotating around every department within the business. Business Development resonated with me, so I settled in this department in August 2019.
Day-to-day I identify and develop new business opportunities and from there, ensure that I work hard to establish and retain strong and lasting business relationships. I support consultants with training at various firms also signposting all our group services which support clients in all areas of their journey through personal or medical negligence claims following life changing events.
I joined Frenkel Topping in February 2016 to manage the welfare benefits and personal injury trust team. The welfare benefits team provides specialist welfare benefit advice and assistance in respect of benefits a client may qualify for but not yet claimed. Benefits is such a complex area which can lead to millions of pounds going unclaimed. My team also assisted clients and solicitors to ascertain the benefits of a personal injury trust in each individual circumstance and, if needed, assist in setting up the trust from start to finish, providing a complete trust service to our clients and solicitors.
In November 2017 I was appointed to the position of operations manager, responsible for leading a number of core service areas within the business, working in partnership with the directors and senior management team to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and to support in the delivery of the business objectives. Most recently I have been appointed director of HR, responsible for activities spanning a wide variety of core functions.
I feel very privileged to be part of a team that has the customers at the heart of everything it does. In my spare time I enjoy running and have completed five 10k runs and two half marathons for charities.
I joined Frenkel Topping in March 2022 as a Financial Administrator, I provide administrative support to our Consultants who advise our clients with Financial advice on their investments. I liaise with fund managers and platforms, action withdrawal requirements, create business packaging and valuations, I also speak with clients to help resolve any issues or queries they may have.
I have a background within Customer Support and Customer Relations which allows me to understand, use my experience and knowledge to assist our clients. I left college knowing I wanted to make a difference and help people; Frenkel Topping allows me to develop my skills and supports me in my progression within the business which helps with our client base.
I love working in a team here at Frenkel Topping, each staff member will provide support if you ask for it. It’s a friendly environment which is important as we all spend a lot of time in each other’s company. The business has both its clients and staff at the forefront of everything it does.
It is important we continue supporting clients who have suffered major life changes, we need to do everything we can to continue to support them throughout their lifetime, from providing advice on investments or just being a friendly ear.
I joined the business at the start of March 2021 as a Commercial Team Executive and was promoted to Client Experience Manager in November 2022.
My role is to support Clients both lay and professional from the moment they engage with us, until their case has settled and beyond life after settlement. I also support our staff to make sure they have everything they need to be able to give an impeccable service no matter what. Looking into all parts of the business processes and workflows.
I began my career in the property industry in sales. lettings and marketing which has given me over a decade’s worth of customer service experience. Following having two boys I worked within the education sector for 6 years. This allowed me to engage with a very different audience in preschool and early years.
My eldest son developed Type 1 Diabetes in 2013 which has given me further insight into having to live life around health issues, getting to appointments, understanding what you are being told by consultants and the worry of juggling all of this around everyday life.
That is why I love working at Frenkel Topping because they are passionate about the people they look after and the people that work within the company. It is like working for a big family, everyone looks out for each other, and nothing is too much trouble if you are in need of help and advice.
I have a natural caring, empathetic personality and if I can bring that into my workplace, I feel I am adding to my community.
